Apple Pie Bars

9:37 AM

As I mentioned in my last post, I still had some baking apples to experiment with so this morning I decided make some Apple Pie Bars. Overall, these were pretty easy to make. The dough for the crust was a bit hard to spread so I used a spatula to help me with it. The baking time for these allowed me to start making Apple Pie Cookies.
